Too often emotional challenges in life leave us abandoning who we are in order to be loved or valued by who we know. Has it happened to you?
How can genuine, unconditional love sustain in us its robust energy to love and be loved in healthier ways, after difficult emotional issues strike and we get wounded?
Would you agree that it takes our brains and beliefs to move beyond self-pity, anger, regrets or sadness and shift into grace as our lived experience. Lasting care and kindness takes our access into agape love that flows from a higher power for ourselves and for all humanity?
Where do we start? French novelist George Sand wrote: “There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved.” I agree.
If we each love without expecting benefits back, even a little bit, those small bits of unconditional love wend together to help heal wounds from a broken heart, and cascade joy into creating a warmer world with fewer wounds.
What do you think?
