Wisdom and well-being lie on the opposite side of ad hominem attacks lies the wisdom offering that opens an opportunity to improve a broken or unhealthy situation!

Ad hominem attacks close doors to serotonin fuels that stoke courage to create and engage solutions to a broken situations! Are we working against our brains here?

Wonder how we tap into wisdom to navigate a wounded world gone wild?

Wisdom follows when we reflect on facts, engage personal strengths as mental tools, and take emotional risks to accomplish things never before accomplished by using parts of our brain never before used.

Will we choose wisely from a courageous place of curious inquiry or choose foolishly from a risk-free position of fear? Either way we change our lives for better or worse.

Rather than remain crippled in our dark political climate for instance, let’s embrace our vulnerability and open our souls to loving-kindness, empathy, healing and hope!

We’re running on reserve power at this moment, and some of our screens have already dangerously dimmed. Yet rather than settle for short-term power fixes, let’s reinsert our plugs into power adapters, recharge our batteries and prevent current power outages from taking us out.
