At our deepest core, grace keeps us connected as a beloved part of God’s amazing heartbeat that transcends being right and favors being kind.
Meritocracy is unnecessary with grace, which grows us into a very different kind of human being. We grow vulnerable as we strengthen connections and relationships with people we trust, enjoy, learn from and respect.
Admit imperfections and we no longer feel a need to be correct. We delight within grace that strengthens connections. We’re often our best selves as we walk humbly within the flow of forever friends!
