Teens tell us this pandemic leaves them behind and they crave practical support to improve their lives! It’s tantamount to Tolkien’s Frodo saying, “I wish it need not have happened in my time.” Gandalf answers as adults might address anxious teens, “So do I, and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”
Let’s discuss together on Zoom (July 17th) growth mindset approaches we can do to help teens focus on deliberate choices such as forgiving others, and accessing inner kindness with confidence that leads to grit and resilience in tough times.
We’ll show teens how being talented and successful doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly. it means believing that our intelligence and personality come equipped to help us change and grow and thrive!
We’ll consider interactive exercises and bite sized insights created just for teens and their caregivers. We’ll offer doable takeaways to set growth mindset skills into action with Q & A that explains how to solve problems with flexibility and curiosity that helps teens to flourish because of how capable they rally are!
