Curiosity grows as folks bring the nativity to life together. Each player picks a task card at random, and then responds to a question from one of the nativity figures. Some cards invite the participant to ask a question to other players. In both cases – the character being addressed is circled. See critical thinking follow from topics and Christmas characters we all love!
Youth and adults love to work with these awesome holiday topics and leaders love to see the meaning of holidays spring into life. That’s how everybody wins with these materials! Actions such as articulating the wonder of Christmas through nativity scene attendants can change our brains for more fun in future festivities. A simple expression of kindness this game elicits to ourselves and others can upgrade our holiday into enormous delight.

As our brains change our lives change. For example, we literally activate new chemical and electrical mental states by doing what we’d like others to see in us. Yes, that includes moving our moods from miserable to merrier over the holiday, simply by acting in ways that celebrate grace.
