Social Fairness at Work

Have you discovered how to advance people, solve real world problems and enjoy growth, simultaneously?

Wherever ongoing wellbeing follows, you’ve likely bumped smack into social fairness. Want a quick test of the fairness levels where you work?

Ask people without authority how they see themselves advancing and question what holds them back. Or invite the disabled folks in your community to discuss growth opportunities from their perspective.  Then get ready to run in a few new directions.

STACK DECKS TO WIN

Cultivate certain conditions and the human brain wins more in response, while rewiring to help others win. Research shows people are most creative when they feel they are making meaningful progress. It’s quite simple but it may surprise you what few  tools will take you to the winner’s circle. How so?

Lasting success is social in that life depends largely on how you relate to and succeed with friends, peers and family. Prosperity’s  fair when it’s fully collaborative with a scaled sense of costs and benefits.

Fair, in this sense,  means  scaled  costs that are not born mainly by one group with benefits given to another. The upshot to wider benefits?

We here at Mita, improve end-results by altering actions in 5 key areas.

Here’s the skinny …

1. QUESTION POSSIBILITIES

Rather than tell and deliver facts, we foster social fairness by questioning to learn more from people with opposing views.

When I worked in the high arctic, I asked Inuit how to build better communities together. We pooled novel answers that ranged from respecting Inuit elders to supporting risks that prosper youth.

2. TARGET IMPROVEMENTS

Rather than critique mistakes, we choose social fairness by targeting improvements together.  In contrast to  intelligent responses that only experts bring, collective brainpower moves a group beyond cynicism and sidesteps attacks.

Target wisdom across many cultures and scientific pools, and lateral thinking propels you to the other side of cynicism. Go after brainpower beyond a sea of cynicism, and you also gain wisdom from opposing views. Have you seen it happen?

3. EXPECT QUALITY

Rather than settle for capitalism that gets expressed as greed run amuck,  social fairness expects and facilitates quality differences.

For instance, we  foster  unique  tone that adds serotonin and leaves people’s intelligence and dignity in tact. Can you see how serotonin musters brainpower for a wider view?

4. MOVE TALENTS

Rather than value talents from a few only, social fairness moves multiple intelligences into tools. From many cultures – we engage multiple intelligences to  unleash creative brainpower.

Move diversity into action and groups begin to thrives on  workplace novelty – the brain’s key condition for growth.

Each intelligence used in any day raises its effectiveness for use on the following day. Not a bad return when you think about it.

5. REFLECT ON GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Rather than fixed measures, social fairness cultivates higher benchmarks through Where-to-from-here  celebrations.

Capitalize on the brain’s ability to change itself with what if… reflections.  Few disagree that wherever worker engagement rises, costs, absenteeism, turnover, theft, accidents, and defects fall.

START WHERE YOU STAND, BUT ADVANCE!

Why not launch a neuroscience of celebration to propel your workplace from last year’s challenges into socially fair solutions?

How will you revolutionize your work to look more like socially fair adventures most people only dream of launching? How will you lead a novel approach – with the brain in mind?

Mita  builds on socially fair theories by respecting diverse people and facilitating growththrough practical tools that raise productivity for all.

UPGRADE A TOOL OR TWO

Socially fair tools open diverse job opportunities and sidestep traditions that leave 80% of the workforce disengaged or dissatisfied.

What do you envision, when peers yearn for a new kind of workplace?

Is it time to rethink diverse approaches, to find inclusion alternatives that raise US sinking social fairness scores?

Could socially fair practices propel us into a new world order where inclusion’s generic?

IMAGINE MORE INTELLIGENCE AT  WORK

Imagine a workplace where neuro and cognitive findings inform widespread improvements so that more intelligent people begin to speak and feel heard. That’s socially fair and it snowballs into higher IQ for many!

What do you think?
