Social Fairness at Work

Ask people without authority how they see themselves advancing and question what holds them back. Or invite the disabled folks in your community to discuss growth opportunities from their perspective.  Then get ready to run in a few new directions.


Cultivate certain conditions and the human brain wins more in response, while rewiring to help others win. Research shows people are most creative when they feel they are making meaningful progress. It’s quite simple but it may surprise you what few  tools will take you to the winner’s circle. How so?

Lasting success is social in that life depends largely on how you relate to and succeed with friends, peers and family. Prosperity’s  fair when it’s fully collaborative with a scaled sense of costs and benefits.

Fair, in this sense,  means  scaled  costs that are not born mainly by one group with benefits given to another. The upshot to wider benefits?

Target wisdom across many cultures and scientific pools, and lateral thinking propels you to the other side of cynicism. Go after brainpower beyond a sea of cynicism, and you also gain wisdom from opposing views. Have you seen it happen?


Rather than settle for capitalism that gets expressed as greed run amuck,  social fairness expects and facilitates quality differences.

For instance, we  foster  unique  tone that adds serotonin and leaves people’s intelligence and dignity in tact. Can you see how serotonin musters brainpower for a wider view?


Rather than value talents from a few only, social fairness moves multiple intelligences into tools. From many cultures – we engage multiple intelligences to  unleash creative brainpower.

Move diversity into action and groups begin to thrives on  workplace novelty – the brain’s key condition for growth.

Each intelligence used in any day raises its effectiveness for use on the following day. Not a bad return when you think about it.


Rather than fixed measures, social fairness cultivates higher benchmarks through Where-to-from-here  celebrations.

Capitalize on the brain’s ability to change itself with what if… reflections.  Few disagree that wherever worker engagement rises, costs, absenteeism, turnover, theft, accidents, and defects fall.
