Secondary and University with Brains in Mind

Read vision statements  that affirm  secondary and university renewal, and you’ll spot innovative learning opportunities for all. Observe classes in these same schools, though, and practical results appear far less impressive. Have you noticed that a school’s intent, and its classroom practices too often differ when it comes to renewed learning and assessment opportunities for all learners??

Take visible results of renewal in secondary and higher educational in classes you’ve observed. Does cutting edge theory impact great learning? 5000 failed schools may be closing soon in hopes of new directions. Will new opportunities replace failed learning centers?

Ask the lecturer in this video and he will say he engages listeners.  He might even go on to suggest today’s audiences expect too much and give too little. Ask listeners and they may support these 100 reasons to run hard from lectures!

Have you considered lately how lectures lose learners?

Hey Mike – seeing your wonderful wisdom again inspires my day! Thanks for stopping by! My life’s challenge is to present, do and test cutting edge approaches in that gap you speak of here!

Once folks taste the amazing results of renewal with visible benefits – there’s no turning back.

Not familiar “thinking is for acting,” but often refer to James quote, “be doers of the word, not merely hearers… Yes – that really does fit here too!

When we challenge leaders, learners and OURSELVES with the brain in mind revolution results!

    Stay blessed Mike!

    Hi Ellen,

The “gap” is everywhere and it feeds our cynical side. Vision statements in businesses as well as educational institutions are like “Mom, apple pie and the American flag” — hard not to agree with.

But when when the doing and the intent don’t match even the most hope-filled among us get discouraged.

Wasn’t it James that said something like, “thinking is for acting”?

Glad to know you and Robyn are on the case!

    Keep creating… with abandon,
    Mike
