Move Innovation into Inventions

The moment a problem is spotted – an invention awaits the creative mind. Interesting, ahha moments of sudden insights are the culmination of an intense and complex series of brain states that require more neural resources that methodological reasoning. It seems the brain is most actively engaged when our mind is wandering and we’ve actually lost track of our thoughts.

In addition, with each innovative solution, you toss into the ring, your brain rewires its plasticity for more potent problem-solving capability.  You could say that invention holds you at the helm of success, just as its opposite force of venting or complaining also seals your fate for more of the same misery. Discovery and development – core tools of invention – will rarely stoke ingenuity where negativity or cynicism reigns. Have you seen that too?
