Build a Brain Based Culture on Participant Strengths

I celebrate change at middle, secondary, and college settings for that students can build skills they need to meet demands of a modern era. Most days are especially ripe for a culture change!

It’s not enough to move past lectures though. Nor is it sufficient to get apprenticed at work where cultures come with a steady dose of conflicts!

Together with students, I like to do far more than sidestep outmoded texts, tactics or traditions.

I start each term with the challenge – What if  together we build a vibrant new culture where we can all learn and lead successfully.

In my case, that means regular interactive tasks so we can build new learning together. You?
